Send the above information in an e-mail to the e-mail address below. We will send a Paypal invoice to the email address you provided, for a total of $35.00 (Canadian) for each attendee to the October 19^th “Day of Learning”.

Let us know the names of other registrants who will be covered by the invoice. Remember we will add $35.00 for each additional person, by increasing the number of orders accordingly.

Names should be given as you would like them to appear on the name tags. The PayPal invoice gives you an option to pay by credit card, without needing a PayPal account.
